1 Who operates the ecosystem
Newbeings 1619 is a subsidiary of TeckEthix Inc., incorporated in Delaware and recognized by the IRS as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3). Work on the ecosystem is conducted from New York. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TeckEthix Inc. operating the Newbeings 1619 ecosystem.
These Terms cover newbeings1619.us and newbeings1619.net, including public education, community features, Kindred, the directory, verification features, AI tools, rewards and our own store, where offered.

2 Participation and agreement
You must be at least 18 to create or use a participating account, join community activities or Kindred, submit or claim a directory listing, or purchase from our store. There is no parental-consent exception for these activities. Public educational material may be read without a participating account. Participation is for adults in the United States, and store sales are limited to the United States.
Review these Terms when a service asks you to accept them. The Privacy Policy explains information practices. Optional marketing permission is separate from accepting these Terms and is not required simply to participate or buy.
3 Accounts community standards and review
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. Do not impersonate another person or use an account to deceive people.
Community standards prohibit threats, harassment, scams, impersonation, exposing another person's private information, spam and other violations of the stated community rules. Respectful criticism or disagreement alone is not a violation.
Depending on the circumstances, moderation may involve a warning, removal of content, limits on features, suspension or account closure. Urgent safety or abuse concerns may require immediate action. Where appropriate, we explain the action and offer review. Reports are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible, but we cannot promise absolute confidentiality or a community free from harmful behavior.
4 Content ownership and permission
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to host, process, display and deliver it through the features you choose, consistent with the visibility explained to you. This is not a transfer of ownership or blanket permission for advertising, promotional reuse or AI training. Those additional uses require separate permission.
You must have the rights needed to submit material and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. When eligible content is deleted, our permission ends except as needed for disclosed backups, legal obligations, dispute records or copies retained in shared conversations where removal is not available. The Privacy Policy explains those limits.
Our branding and original materials remain protected. A purchase or account does not itself transfer ownership of them. Newbeings content and digital downloads are for personal, noncommercial use. You may share links to public content, but may not redistribute download files, resell them or upload them elsewhere without permission. Other uses require permission, except for uses permitted by law, including fair use. Copyright concerns should identify the work, the material at issue, where it appears and how to contact the person reporting it.
5 Privacy and visibility
The Privacy Policy explains current information practices and available request routes. Visibility varies by feature. Public educational pages, business listings and public verification features are different from personal profiles, groups, messages and Kindred records. Check the audience of information before sharing and do not assume every profile or community activity is members-only. Necessary authorized administration and service processing may involve access even when information is not public.
6 Kindred
Kindred is optional and for adults. Community membership does not automatically enroll you. Suggestions do not guarantee compatibility, identity, trustworthiness or safety. Use your judgment when interacting with anyone.
Leaving the matching pool stops participation in that pool, but does not automatically erase saved questionnaire answers. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us if you want information about withdrawal or wish to request deletion. We will review the request and explain any information retained for a specific unresolved complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
7 Directory and business relationships
The directory helps people discover businesses. We do not conduct sales for listed businesses, process their customer purchases or act as a marketplace for those transactions. Purchases take place directly with the business outside our platform. Its terms, prices, fulfillment, refunds and privacy practices govern that transaction.
Only an authorized person may submit or claim a listing. Keep information accurate and avoid misleading descriptions, impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's work. Business information submitted for a listing may be publicly displayed. Do not include unnecessary personal information in a public business listing. Corrections, impersonation concerns, misleading claims and review disputes are subject to review.
A listing, Decorum designation or other platform indicator does not guarantee a business's quality, safety, performance or future conduct. Clearly labeled sample listings are examples, not operating businesses or offers to accept purchases or reservations. If paid placement or listing fees are offered, their price and effect on placement will be disclosed before purchase.
8 Verification and QR features
QR features provide public membership verification information. A verification indicator is not a guarantee of identity, future conduct or safety. Consider what a public verification page reveals before sharing its link or code. Contact admin@newbeings1619.us with a concern about verification information.
9 AI tools
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your circumstances. Check important information rather than treating a response as verified fact or professional judgment. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the interaction.
Participation is not permission to train AI on private conversations or member content. Any separate training use requires a clear explanation and explicit permission. Processing information to generate a response is different from model training.
10 Our own store and one time payments
Our store sells our own offerings, not products on behalf of directory businesses. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions or automatic renewals. Product descriptions distinguish physical and digital offerings, explain what is included and state applicable digital-use rights.
Prices, currency, taxes, shipping and other required charges are shown before payment. Physical product prices and applicable shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. If checkout expressly offers free shipping for an order, that order has no shipping charge. Digital downloads do not require shipping. Guest checkout is available where presented. Payment is handled through the options actually offered at checkout.
Optional donations are separate from purchases. Tax-exempt status does not make every payment tax deductible. Any acknowledgment should accurately distinguish a donation from goods or benefits received.
11 Shipping and fulfillment
Our store limits sales to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, subject to product delivery availability, with applicable shipping charges shown separately from the product price at checkout. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded for now. Production and transit time may differ. Applicable destinations, charges and delivery estimates are disclosed before purchase.
Newbeings remains the customer-facing contact for its own store, including delayed, missing, incorrect or damaged orders.
12 Returns refunds and digital problems
For made-to-order physical products, returns or exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse or customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, except where required by law. Eligible claims for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items can receive a free replacement or refund. Clear photographs are required; a physical return is generally unnecessary. Contact Newbeings 1619 about your order. If you supplied an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs apply.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact admin@newbeings1619.us promptly, preferably within 21 days after receipt. For a missing order, contact us promptly, preferably within 21 days after its estimated delivery date. Include the order number, a description of the problem and relevant photographs where appropriate. These preferred reporting periods do not automatically bar a later claim or limit rights provided by law.
All digital-download sales are final. No refunds are offered except where required by law. Access or file problems can still receive technical assistance or a corrected download.
These Terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
13 Blaque Joules
Blaque Joules are ecosystem reward points. They are not cryptocurrency, an investment or a promise of cash value.
We plan to allow eligible points to reduce the price of certain digital downloads in the future. That feature is not currently available or guaranteed. Before it begins, we will explain eligible downloads, conversion rates, discount limits, any expiration rules and change notices. No launch date or conversion rate is promised here.
14 Communications
Necessary account, security, service and order messages are different from optional marketing. Any future optional marketing requires a separate choice and a working unsubscribe. Providing a phone number by itself is not consent to marketing texts, automated calls or recording. Notification options reflect the features available.
15 Leaving the service and records
Account deactivation, Kindred withdrawal and deletion are different actions. The Privacy Policy explains current retention practices, requests and limited reasons records may remain. Closing an account does not erase an unresolved purchase, dispute or legal obligation, or automatically cancel rights already purchased.
16 Complaints and legal terms
Contact admin@newbeings1619.us about a complaint. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising rights provided by applicable law. We do not impose automatic fixed penalties or page-view charges.
Information and community interactions may contain errors, and services may be interrupted. These limitations do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an exclusive court venue or a liability cap. Applicable law and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain controlling.
17 Changes and contact
Policy versions and effective dates identify the Terms in use. Material changes will be identified in a notice on the site, with account email used when necessary. Where a new agreement or separate permission is required, it must be obtained rather than inferred from unrelated participation.
